Hi Don & Pattie:

It was my pleasure to have been fortunate enough to visit your place of business and meet so many friendly people. I was really impressed with Don showing me the various options that were available for my needs . There were no high pressure selling like you get when buying a car and the willingness to answer any questions I may have had. I don't believe I was there more than 10 minutes when I made up my mind that whatever type of trailer I ended up with, I was going to buy it at Trailers of New England, cost was not a factor.

After making up my mind the real action started, Don turned me over to the real boss Pattie and she cleared all the paperwork explained the procedure to register my new trailer and sent me on my way to register my trailer, in the meantime my new trailer was being serviced I returned 2 hrs later and my trailer was ready to take home.

After a couple days I discovered a minor problem with the ramp gate and brought the trailer back to show them my concerns. The response to correct the problem was as impressive as the purchase, the trailer was brought down to the service area and an offer was made to me that they would work on it immediately or I could pick it up the next day, after looking around it seemed the guys in the service area were busy so I decided to pick it up the following day.

Again I want to thank you for your kindness and concerns for your customers. We know a trailer isn't something you change every couple years and some last a life time, however from this day on if I hear of anyone looking for a trailer I will recommend you very highly and tell them the reason why.
